Terms and Conditions  

1. These T&Cs apply to the "Summer Dental" offer (the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion entitles clients to receive certain pre-selected dental hygiene treatments (see clauses 6 – 8) in respect of their eligible dogs and cats (see clause 5) for a reduced price of £479. Further details concerning eligibility and the pre-selected treatments which are subject to the Promotion are provided below.
3. The Promotion is available at participating vet practices only.
4. This Promotion begins on 06/07/2026 at midnight and ends on 15/08/2026 at midnight (the “Promotion Period”).
5. This Promotion only applies to dogs and cats over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy enough to undergo general anaesthetic and dental treatment as determined by the attending vet at their sole discretion.
6. The pre-selected dental treatments subject to this Promotion include:
   • visual assessment (an examination of your pet's mouth, teeth, and gums to identify any dental issues); and
   • dental cleaning (scale and polish) under general anaesthetic.
7. This Promotion excludes:
   • any dispensed medication; and
   • further recommended dental treatment including extractions.
8. This Promotion also excludes the investigation and treatment of:
   • any complications that occur during the planned treatment; and
   • any pre-existing diseases or health-conditions (including any which have a negative interaction with anaesthesia).
9. Such treatment, if deemed to be reasonably required by the attending vet, will be charged at an additional cost upon receiving the pet owner’s consent.
10. The Promotion is open to clients registered with a participating practice. If you're not currently a client, you can still redeem the Promotion by registering a pet with one of the participating practices and booking your eligible dental treatment within the Promotion Period.
11. Some elements of the pre-selected treatments may be carried out by a veterinarian nurse, under the supervision of a vet.
12. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Pet Health Club member discount and staff discounts.
13. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
14. Any attempt to sell or transfer the offer will make it void.
15. Price for pre-selected dental treatments listed above for cat and dog WAS £610 from 21/05/2026 to 05/07/2026. Price for pre-selected dental treatments listed above for cat and dog NOW £479 FROM 06/07/2026 to 15/08/2026.
16. In order to qualify for this promotion, relevant dental appointments must be booked within the Promotion Period and such appointments must take place within six weeks of the Promotion Period end date. Appointments scheduled to take place after 26 September 2026 will not benefit from the Promotion.
17. To redeem the Promotion, you must call the practice directly or book at reception. The Promotion is subject to appointment availability.
18. We may withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice, or without notice if required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.
19. We accept no liability for losses resulting from cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, provided we comply with these terms.   
20. If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
21. If you live in England or Wales, these terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may choose to bring proceedings in either Scottish or English courts.
22. All services are provided in accordance with the IVC Terms of Sale for Veterinary Services available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
23. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
